Default New Skill Art = Creative and Original, GG Anet

very pleased with the new skill art, (not to mention the overall art direction of this Campaign).

Anet has gotten better in leaps and bounds with each release, anyone else as happy as I am? (discuss)

There's certainly a higher level of detail in the artwork, looks great.

This...

...is why I prefer GW over WoW (among other things). Cartoony worlds never appealed to me, I've always preferred more realistic looking worlds. Another GG Anet

I agree. ArenaNet somehow found a way to make the game lifelike yet imaginative with out being cartoony (like WoW) or looking plastic (like EQ2)

I would like to give some serious props to Daniel Dociu, the Art Director at ArenaNet. That man can draw and paint like no other, and has obvioulsy had a serious impact on the final product looking so amazing.

Way to not only have an amazing vision but to also convey that vision to your team and inspire them to push game visuals to a very high level.

(P.S. I'd kill to have a copy of one of Daniel's concept drawings)
